January 29, 2012 – ROW80 Check In

SUPER quick for me today. I’m actually having a really productive weekend, so I’m trying to stay on track! The update:

1. Read 52 books this year

I finally finished that book that’s been KILLING me. Thank god. And I’M READING RIGHT NOW. That is all.

2. Take a picture each day

Taking some fun ones, but they’re not posted yet. Gotta work on my Tumblr page for this later this week.

3. Journal each morning

Checkity, check.

4. Twitter sprint each weekday

I did. I actually missed the sprint time on Thursday, but held my own private sprint when work calmed down.

5. Get healthy

I have not yet used the running shoes I dug out the other day, but there’s hope for later this week. I’m also budgeting so I can prepay for the year at my new gym. That will make me go for sure!

That’s it for today! I hope you’re all doing well this week. Off to pack and clean and plan and shop and research and work and write and read. Phew! I’m going to be tired tomorrow :D

Visit all the ROWers HERE and show them some love!!

  1. Great job on your goals, Lauren. Can’t wait to see the pics once you have them up, I’m sure they are fantastic.

    Have a super week :)

  2. Yay fro a great week! And yay for a productive weekend!
Hope next week is even better!

  3. I wanna see pictures. Make sure to tweet me the link when you get tumblr up and running. I think you’re always on top of things especially the writing. Hope I make all 4 word sprints this week Mon-Thurs. (Friday’s i’m never there). See you on the #row80.

  4. Short but sweet! Glad things are going well and you can move on from the book you weren’t enjoying.

Fingers crossed I will be with you for half of the sprint tomorrow! Keep up the good work.

ps. thank you for understanding my age angst! Think it is because I thought I would be in a very different point by the end of my twenties but I can’t complain :)

  5. Sounds like a great week. Best of luck for the upcoming one :)

  6. Fantastic job! I’m glad you finished the book that was KILLING you. Now you can move on to something you want to read. Have a great week.

  7. Sounds like you had a really good week! I hope this one will be even better :-)

  8. Checkity, check! I love it. Thanks for sharing your progress.!!
    Have another great week!!

  9. Great job with your goals! I’m hoping to have an equally excellent week ahead. :-) good luck and keep up the good work!

  10. You’re doing so well, well done! I miss the 7pm (my time) sprints, but I just never seem to be home for that time anymore :-( I should aim for that, it would drastically impove my word counts!
